29. A Woman Reciting Qur’an In Front of The Man

Is it allowed for muslimah (female) student to recite al-Qur’an with tajwid and the most beautiful voice she has toi her male teacher ?

If a muslimah talks to al-Ajanib (who are allowed to marry her) and her temporary Muhrams like her sister’s husband and her brother in law, etc. She ought to speak with a a thick voice and far from being soft, because the almighty Allah said : “If you keep your duty (to Allah), then be not soft in speech,lest he in whose heart is a disease (of hypocrisy, or evil disire for adultery) should be moved with desire, but speak in an honourable manner” (Al-Ahzab : 32).

The honourable speech which the muslimah is ordered with,  is in the general : the right which neither shari’a nor persons deny it as in Tafsir “Al-Qurtubi” and others. Wallahu a’lam.
