3. Puberty During Fasting

 What’s hukm (islamic rule) for faster who wake up in the midday of ramadlan and find himself pubescent during his sleep ?

His fasting is sahih (right), as a puberty is normal and natural matter upon to mankind, so his dream doesn’t break his fasting.

And then she must purify herself by taking bath, for hadith narrated by Aisyah (May Allah be Gracious to her) as she said : “The Messenger of Allah (Pbuh) asked about man find himself wet and he doesn’t remember any puberty ? then the prophet (Pbuh) said : He must purify himself, and also asked about man find himself pubescent in his sleeping but then he doesn’t find himself wet, then prophet said : He is not obligated to take bath (purification)”.

Ummu Salamah said : “O Messenger of Allah ! is a woman also obligated to take bath (purification) if she found herself wet ? he said : ‘Yes!’, Verily the women are similar of the men”. (Narrated by Tirmithee and Abu Daud).
