22. Using Embalming (Muhannat) Animal and Picture in The Teaching

What is the hukm of shari’a in using embalming  animal and big pictures of man and animals for the explaining lessons ?

The embalmeing animal is included in the general prohibition of taking pictures and statue as the prophet (pbuh) said : Angel don’t enter a house which in it a dog or a picture (Agreed upon).

This is also because practice of embalming leads to making no embalming statues, which resemble it,and its maker may mix things up and say : It’s embalming, then pictures and statues become more and more  produced, and whatever leads to prohibited things then it is also prohibited.

It’s possible to do without a pictures of animals by using living animals at school and they are plenty and the school can use them in teaching.

But if she forced to draw a picture of an animal, then she must draw it withouta clear head. Wallahu a’lam.
